Persolvo Data Systems is the leading aggregator of account information of debtors enrolled in voluntary workout programs. The Persolvo Web-based settlement portal was created to bridge the gap between creditors, debt buyers and collection agencies and leading debt settlement companies. The system uncovers lost settlement opportunities by locating hard to find debtors with highly-liquid settlement savings accounts enrolled in voluntary workout programs.
Using the Persolvo system, creditors, debt buyers and collection agencies can immediately locate these hard to find debtors, analyze the savings balances of individual debtors, submit lump sum or term settlement offers to multiple debt settlement companies simultaneously, and monitor or evaluate accounts for future settlement opportunities.

WADE TORKELSON - President
Wade Torkelson is one of the pioneers of the debt settlement industry. He founded one of the largest debt settlement companies Homeland Financial and one of the leading service providers to the debt settlement industry National Support Services. His strategic marketing and business planning capabilities grew his companies over 200% in the first year.
Wade co-founded Homeland Financial in 2001 and built the one of the largest debt settlement companies, with over 23 independent offices and over 20,000 clients. In 2005 he decided to sell the company and to pursue new business ventures.
Beyond his work in debt settlement, Wade was the head of new business development at The Jag Group who specialized in pharmaceutical grade supplements. He has always been at the forefront of other emerging technologies and industries.
He continues to consult with other debt settlement companies on compliance, settlement, marketing and overall financial matters. Wade is somewhat of an activist working on creditor relations and bridging relationships between the debt settlement industry and creditors.
Currently, Wade is the Founder and President of Persolvo Data Systems, an innovative web-based application that automates the settlement process between debt settlement companies, creditors, collectors and debt buyers. Persolvo Data Systems aggregates hundreds of debt settlement companies, their client’s debt and provides the ability to quickly identify, offer and ultimately settle consumer debt efficiently. Persolvo’s online settlement system increases the volume of settlements and reduces the overall cost of collection.
TERESA DODSON - Chief Operating Officer
Teresa Dodson serves as Chief Operating Officer of Persolvo Data Systems (formerly Maximum Recovery). Her background includes over 6 years of experience in the debt settlement industry. During those years, she has worked relentlessly trying to bridge the gap between Debt Settlement Companies and Creditors. Persolvo Data Systems does this successfully by automating the settlement process between debt settlement companies and Creditors, Collectors and Debt Buyers.
Teresa's background also includes 17 years of corporate leadership experience. She has successfully directed company management in achieving desired levels of growth and demonstrated the ability to combine visionary, strategic, and tactical operational expertise to produce bottom-line results and financial strength. She has a proven record of accomplishment of increasing an organization’s efficiency, enhance productivity and has lead successfully from small start ups to medium sized organizations that have evolved into large corporate entities. Teresa is known for her commitment and passionate approach to everything she does to deliver effective results.

Dan Buell, Vice President-Credit Services Marketing - Experian
Mr. Buell joined Experian (EXPN.L) in 2005 and is the Vice President of Product Marketing. In his role Mr. Buell is responsible for leading Experian's collections business. Specifically he oversees development, product management and support, marketing and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining Experian Mr. Buell served as the Chief Operating Officer for Singer, Bach & Associates, a niche B2B servicing agency, Business Unit President of MarCom Technologies/Americall Receivables Management, a Teleperformance Company (ROCH: Paris Stock Exchange), Chief Operating Officer for Machol & Johannes, P.C., Director of Information Services for OSI and Sr. Systems Analyst for software developer Ontario Systems. John Furjanic, President - ROI Solutions
Mr. Furjanic is a 20-year veteran of Citigroup where he held a number of senior executive positions in risk management, including Executive Vice President, serving as Senior Credit Officer and Group Credit Director for Citigroup’s Global Consumer Bank. John has also served as a member of the Executive Management Committee for Diners Club North America from 2000-2006 and has managed numerous assignments in more than 35 countries around the world. Carmine Dorio, Senior Vice President - Progressive Financial Services Inc.
Mr. Dorio brings over 42 years of experience in the credit and collections industry to Persolvo’s Strategic Advisory Board. Mr. Dorio joined the credit card division at Citigroup in 1967 and later continued his distinguished career as a senior executive with such credit card issuers as Bank of America, American Express and Washington Mutual. A noted authority on credit and collection policy, risk management and the debt settlement industry, Mr. Dorio is a noted speaker at numerous credit and collection industry conferences.Michael Walker, CEO – Payment Program Management Corporation
Mr. Walker is the Co-Founder & Chairman of Payment Programs Management Corporation, an Omaha-based specialty financial services company that provided outsourced credit card management services to the Department of the Navy.
Mr. Walker also served as Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff for First Interstate Bank and later went on to become the CEO of First Interstate Bancard. He has also served as COO for Apollo Enterprise Solutions and has held senior executive positions with First Data Corporation where he was responsible for all products and services in the areas of new account generation, loyalty management and core account services.
